Privacy Notice.
This notice explains what information Western Crest Ventures collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect
This is a simple corporate website. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build personal profiles of individual visitors. We collect information in three ways:
When you use the enquiry form. We receive the details you choose to send — your name, email address, enquiry type, an optional subject, and your message.
Standard server logs. Like any website, our host records basic technical information (such as your IP address and the time of the request). For the enquiry form we use this briefly to prevent spam and abuse.
Anonymous analytics (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are viewed, approximate device and country, and how visitors arrive. It stays switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner; Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we use it only to improve the site, never to identify you.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to route it to the right part of the company. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list. Enquiry messages are delivered to us by email at corp@westerncrest.net.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. When you first visit, we ask for your choice, and our privacy-first analytics stay switched off until you agree. Choose Accept and Google Analytics (GA4) may set a small measurement cookie (such as _ga) to gauge site usage in aggregate; choose Reject non-essential and no analytics cookie is set and no usage data is collected. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. If our host ever presents a one-time technical check to confirm you are a real browser, any cookie it sets is strictly functional and is not used to track you.
Who processes it
Your message is handled by our website host and email provider purely so it can reach us, and aggregate site analytics are processed by Google (Google Analytics). AroWest, our retail brand, handles its own orders and customer data separately at arowest.com / shop.arowest.com.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then remove them in the ordinary course of managing our inbox. Anti-spam rate-limit records are short-lived and expire automatically.
Your choices
You are always free to contact us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Write to corp@westerncrest.net and we will help.
